The mention of this has come up in my life several times this past week, so I thought I'd give it more attention (including an entry in my journal).

I do a simple Chi Kung "workout" every morning this past month or two, and I found it to be very very helpful.  It's not physically demanding at all, and it makes a great warmup for a cardio workout.  It's like a cross between mediation and yoga I guess.

The workout I do is on VHS and it's this one:  http://www.amazon.com/Living-Tao-M-Chi-Beginners/dp/0945671024/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=video&qid=1196114422&sr=1-2
(I want to get the PM version and more advanced at some point, but this one is working good right now)

That sounds like a wonderful practice.

In other news, I will post the Christmas cookie recipes (Brown Sugar cookie and an Italian Nut ball with jam center).

I am currently enjoying a lovely warm cup of genmai-cha tea. Yummy.

Yay looking forward to it! I make fudge and gingerbread every year and have those down, but I am still always searching for good holiday cookie recipes - especially ones that fit easily in tins for giving.
