I don't agree with cooked spinach necessarily being so high in Potassium.  It depends on how you cook it too.  The only reason it's higher than fresh is volume (2 cups of raw spinach cooks down to about 1/4 cup).  If you boil your spinach - lots of nutrients go into the cooking water.  Better to lightly stir-fry or steam.

Digging up school chemistry - potassium is about the most soluble mineral there is. Of course if we were proper Cockneys and drank our greens water it wouldn't matter.

I don't like honeydew melons, I don't it mercury/tuna and I only eat spinach raw.

I froze some banana's and strawberries tonight to add with orange juice for a smoothie tomorrow. I don't add ice or dairy to it. It's pure fruit.
