I don't agree with cooked spinach necessarily being so high in Potassium.  It depends on how you cook it too.  The only reason it's higher than fresh is volume (2 cups of raw spinach cooks down to about 1/4 cup).  If you boil your spinach - lots of nutrients go into the cooking water.  Better to lightly stir-fry or steam.

Talk about a man who lived large and made his life count for something!
My favorite Paul Newman character was Butch Cassidy followed closely by Judge Roy Bean, but I liked virtually every movie the man was ever in including The Color of Money and Slapshot.
I am so glad he lived a full and beautiful life - and he shared it with us.
