That is excellent that you have got free mulch, and I'm sure your chooks will enjoy it, add their bit if fertiliser, then you can compost it and out it on your garden!

Hmmm...I used to get more eggs than chooks some days, too. I think at their peak they lay about every 16 hrs, which explains it!
