Oh Yeah!!

Maybe it was the IMAX experience, but that has to be one of the best movies I've seen in a long time.
My only regret is that now I'm spoiled and might not enjoy a traditional movie screen again.
Well worth the 45 minute drive and the $9.50 I had to fork over for a medium soda and small popcorn.

I hope the Imax theatre doesn't spoil your ordinary cinema viewing :)

I am just amazed at the price of popcorn and stuff at those places. My son and his friends order a big one and share :)

wasn't it so cool to see it on an imax screen! I heard that it was one of the first movies that had part shot especially for the imax- stuff like the panoramic shots of the city, did you notice how they were lager than the rest of the movie? aslo it was an excellent movie.

No fishing. He didn't firm up plans for it, and I wasn't going to pursue it. The outing was in his neck of the woods - he should have contacted me with more details not expect me to. This is why I am not in a relationship I'm sure, but I'll be damned if I date someone who expects me to call the shots all the time. Better to leave well enough alone. gah!.

I totally agree... I would think it was his place to contact you and follow thru. Shoot.. I hope you weren't too disappointed.. at least it saved you the day for something fun if it wasn't going to be fun fishing with some dumb ole guy! Not the right fella... evidently... altho' you might still hear from him.... or someone better :)

I nip stuff in the bud pretty fast, so I never get too diappointed. Not that I don't give people a chance - I do - but I have zero tolerance for B.S., and I'm experienced enough to spot it quickly. I don't reply to emails from guys who don't contact me when they say they are going to - and then message me a week or two later saying "so, why haven't you written, etc.". Pul-eez..... :-)

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'd like to see it in imax. But imax or no imax, I certainly wouldn't fork over ANY money for concessions. lol! I NEVER get goodies when I'm out at the theater as a matter of principal or something like that. ;-)

I usually don't either - when I see movies in my town I stop at Walgreens and pick up some chex mix and a bottle of tea.

It was a long drive in - and an unfamiliar area, so I just sucked it up.
