No Self Control Whatsoever

I stopped by Walmart on my way home from work to pick up masking tape and liners for the paint roller tray.

I banned myself from the fabric department, but I couldn't resist

8 yards of the dark green and 4 yards of the lighter (at $1.00 a yard)


Then, since I've already sinned, I bought a pattern too.

Nice patterns on the material- and a really pretty dress. I need to get my sewing machine set up and start sewing again.

I keep buying fabric, but I never get around to the actual sewing part. That's why I ban myself from that department. I'm putting the garden to bed for the rest of the summer, and I'll be doing more inside - so I will get some sewing done.

Do you sew clothes or crafts?

mostly clothes. I used to make all y clothing until the kids came along- then didn't have time to do it any more. Plus, fabric became so expensive it was more economical to buy them.
