I bought this little feeder because the birds keep landing on the tiny bit of window sill there is and looking inside.
Makes me feel guilty.

I bought this whole set just for the two offset screwdrivers.  No place I looked had them for sale by themselves.
Anybody need a screwdriver?

Finally some Fava Beans (but not many)

I made the comment yesterday that we had screw drivers all over the house- probably one in every room right now. (I normally keep one set upstairs and one set in the kitchen junk drawer and one set in the basement.) B replied, "One can never have too many screw drivers." (a true handyman's comment!!!) So keep those drivers- you never know when you might need one of a certain size and Stanley tools are the best. They have a life time guarentee- if one breaks, take it back and get another one.

If I had actual skills, I would be dangerous. I can see how a lot of guys end up filling a whole workshop full of tools and equipment.

I'll be glad when the kids get older and I can once again have things like bird feeders and plants without having to worry abou them messing with them. I love your pictures cuz they inspire me to get back into all that.

I love watching birds at bird feeders. I am happy that I have Humming birds in my area to watch too.

Stanley is my favorite brand of tools!

I have never had Fava beans. How to you use them in recipes or in general? Are they like green beans?

I'm going to try and do more feeders. I really like watching them too. Fava beans have a unique flavor, but they are pretty much beans - more like lima than snap beans. You shell them. They are the only bean that I know of you can grow in chilled weather of winter in the south (or spring in the north).

No one wants you to buy one of anything anymore. I had to buy a new battery for a kitchen timer. The store had a three pack. Now the firt battery lasted almost four years, do i need three?

Cool beans.
