Yesterday I got what was supposed to be The Office Season 1 - but the disk inside was Catch & Release. Not a happy camper.

Blockbuster is sending out Office Season 1 and my next movie. They also gave me a coupon for a free rental - great customer service. I rented "A Mighty Heart".

Returned Leonard Cohen I'm Your Man Friday 11/1 at the locak Blockbuster store. Blockbuster online didn't show it as being returned until Monday 11/5 and they didn't ship out my next movie until Tuesday 11/6. Not a happy camper.

Blockbuster emailed me today. They informed me my rates would increase to 11.99 per month ($2 increase) beginning next billing period.

That sucks. I might cancel.
