I have 50 workouts DVD/VHS sitting in my bookcase.  I've bought them over the years at yard sales, online, or thrift shops (some I even paid full price for).  Since I've got a good eating habit and walking going the past month - I am now going to challenge myself a little more.

Just looking at that list makes me say, 'Ugh!'.

But good on you for having a good eating habit going plus walking for a month. I'll settle for getting the walking thing happening next. The thing holding me up there is the walking/jogging shoes. I need to go down the coast for those. Coast trip imminent!

Exercise in below that in my list of priorities. I wonder if I'll ever catch up with you? Go Veggies!
