If I could sell our houses and business and relocate, and my husband agreed - this is where I'd TOTALLY live and the property I'd buy!
(Leavenworth Washinton is "Your Bavarian Getaway" - the brochure says so) :-)

I found a brochure for Leavenworth Washington - it's a tourist area known for its Bavarian theme. I love Washington State - and I wondered what property prices were like in the area so I went to Realtor.com and put in Leavenworth WA - and it listed all the properties for sale :-)
