More on Hummingbird Moths

I found dozens of videos of this Hummingbird moth.  There seem to be several varieties.  Here is a video of almost the exact same moth I saw last evening.

You know, when I lived in the city, I saw a grey, mousey colored one. It freaked me out a little - I like bugs to be more afraid of me than I am of them. It loved my moon flowers. (note to self - put moonflowers on the spring seed list)

I really just thought maybe someone put something in my drink....
