Ugh - I am so disappointed that I'm not going to see the health care reform I was hoping for. 

Sometimes I feel like my country really sucks.

I don't understand, we control the WH and both houses of Congress, and the Demos still don't have any balls.

The WH has failed in enforcing party discipline. The important Senate finance committee should, by all rights be controlled by the Dems. We voted them in after all, however the committee has been set up 3 Dems and 3 Republicans. One of those Republicans is that twit Grassly. Where was the failure to control? This issue isn't about bi-partisan support, it's about what the majority voted for - health care reform.

Sadly big pharma and insurance still run the show.

The town hall meetings make me hang my head in shame. The special interests are playing the seniors. That really pisses me off.

I live in Texas.... my congressman was the guy at the town meeting with the gun strapped to his thigh.... (j/k)
