No, that's the rooster. He used to be my baby. He'd fall asleep with his head curled into my arm; so sweet. Now he's a macho man and glares at me. If I corner him and grab him up he relaxes though - he's still not the little baby he once was though.
Hahaha - I know, I laughed out loud the first time I saw it. When I was a kid it was a big thing in our family - we'd drive out parents crazy. "Guess What?.... what.... CHICKEN BUTT BUTT!!AAAHHHHH" hehehe
I know - I can sit and watch them for a long time. Two of the hens are laying regularly. I think the others will be ready this week or next. Pretty soon I'll be able to share eggs with my friends.
