I don't have so much a problem with gas prices rising due to circumstances, but an outlet jacking it up 15-20 cents a gallon withing hours of an environmental fluctuation is not right. Most will increase it with the next delivery (at least that's what I've been told by the mgr. at the local station I fill up at) - that's usually within days, but still.
