I started baking while still in high school, but never had the discipline to make and keep a starter going. Now my Midwestern/Central European heritage has a simple equation expressed this way. (Rye bread = Corned Beef {or Ham}). what are you eats_veggies going to put on your rye?
You should join breadmaking. A few of the people are a little pretentious, but it's a great community.
