Friday Random Thoughts

dalthauserI'm off on Saturday, so I'm going to do my end of week random post today.
* Sunday I'm picking up an exterior frame for a chicken hutch. I will build my chicken compound based on the skeleton frame. I have no clue how I'm going to do it - I'm going to make it as I go. I want to be ready for springs when I go to get my chickens from Idealpoultry near Dallas. I'm getting Lakenvelders which is a German breed - here's a picture of what they look like:
* I found this Halloween site done by the history channel: http://www.history.com/minisites/halloween
* Friends from work asked me to go out tonight to sing karaoke. I was enthusiastic - but when they asked me to work overtime I said yes. I think I'm just anti-social. Maybe it's just I don't want to be exposed to alcohol and cigarettes in the same place. I don't know what's wrong with me - I complain I have no social life - then I shrug off any offers to be social. Hrmph - whatever, I need the $$$ for the overtime anyway, so that's that :-)
* My daughter still hasn't sent me a picture of her in the Halloween gown I made her (ingrate).
* Blockbuster is sending me my next dvd - What is Reiki. They shipped it yesterday, so I may get it today or tomorrow.
* God my life is boring.... hahaha.
