Spotlight: Zoe's Cereal

I bought a six pack of this from Amazon.com to send to my sister Zoe in Hawaii.  Unfortunately I'm an idiot and forgot to change the ship-to address, so it came to me instead.  Good stuff!!!! - like Cheerios to the 10th power. 
Here I am trying to imitate Kilroy unsuccessfully (no, really I'd just woken up and didn't want anyone to see my face.....haha)

I'm making a reasonable effort to get back to eating correctly and exercising regularly.  I've done one 20 minute workout every day except Monday when I went in to work early.  Tuesday and Sat/Sun I worked in the garden which I feel qualifies.  I'd like to cut more crap out of my diet, and I'm working on that.  Things like emergency popcorn at work, etc.  Trying to check in daily at Sparkpeople.
