Good luck with that! I have lost two stone, three to go. (Or maybe 2 1/2). I think the advice of the two before me is sound. I am pretty stable at the moment. Yeah, eating food that fill you up but don't have too many calories is the way to go. Also, look at what Marcel eats and how active he is. Exercise is an important part (and I know you were loosing weight with your walking). Being a good cook will be a problem for you. You love to make yummy (but also practical) things! Maybe stick to the healthier things. Making cakes for Marcel's birthday are going to be a problem! I also have a problem with my appetite - I'm always hungry. If my life gets back to normal, I plan on going for a walk sometimes instead of eating.
