Jan. 27th, 2009 09:52 pmI totally (almost) forgot to post today. Work was beyond busy, and what small amount of internet time I had was spent on a special project (not telling).
Sierra's boyfriend made it here okay, and he's a good boy (drinks a lot of beer though...) :-)
Tomorrow is his birthday, and I'm in the process of creating a cake for him. It's going to be (or at least I hope it turns out as) a dark chocolate fudge layer cake with Key Lime filling - fudge & lime creme icing. For dinner I t picked up some chicken (organic of course) - I'm going to make BBQ chicken, giant baked potatoes with sour cream & butter, and a vegetable from the garden, I would have made something vegetarian, but he's just not ready for that (yet). I love to make food for people - especially if there is an occasion. I was like a little kid tonight in the grocery store.
So yeah, what else is new. I will be going to Corpus Christi next Wednesday. There is a German and a Museum of Asian Culture in my immediate future. Looking forward to it. :-)
