Jan. 13th, 2009 09:15 am* I had an awesome 16 can full hook walk this morning (1 hour 10 minutes). I needed it badly - when I woke up this morning my body got me out the door before my mind even woke up. It was nippy out, but not bad. I listened to three Aspire podcasts which did me good.
* For breakfast I had brown rice, eggs, and strips of roasted Poblano peppers. Life is good in my tummy right now. :-)
