Dear Diary

It's cold and raining here.  Took a lot of energy to get myself ready and in to work.  I'm working overtime again today, and I guess it's just as well since it's a soggy mess outside.

I have to be extra careful with my health this week.  End of the holidays, bad weather, overtime at work, and my expected visitor all arriving at the same time.  Red flag.  Some people discount herbal supplements, but it seems to keep me out of real trouble.

I stopped in to Sierra's room this morning and asked her to stay home this evening.  I thought we could make a game plan and then go job hunting together tomorrow (my day off).  I want to support her the best I can.
