Friedrich Wilderness Park

Today my new POFF Alan and I hiked Friedrich Wilderness Park. Woo Hoo!! Good fun! It was a mixture of super easy strolling to OMG when is this steep incline going to end!!! I didn't take as many pictures as I usually do because I didn't want to be rude to my hiking partner, and we were enjoying a good conversation (except for the stretches I could barely breathe let alone talk .....)
I like Alan. He is a gentle soul and has an incredible vibe about him. I lowered my Scorpio force-field after being around him for only about 20 minutes (he's a Taurus Vickie - in case you are going to wonder...haha). We both shared things about ourselves I'm sure neither of us expected to. There was none of my usual social awkwardness which was a huge relief. If he lets me be his friend, I will learn a lot from him. He also earned huge BFF points with me for knowing what Tempeh was - and being impressed that I made it from scratch.... :-)
