Nov. 3rd, 2008 02:14 pmMorning walk - 49 minutes. Music. I'm still having trouble with my shins - even after supplementing with potassium (hoping that's all it was). Stretching helps - but not completely. I'm going to shop for a new pair of shoes Wednesday. Mine are about 5 years old..... (but they still have soles!!) :-)
I really don't have anything else to say.
