* I forgot to set my alarm last night (thank goodness I'm not working today), and my cat finally woke me up at 10am. Good sleep though!! I got up and right to the walk before I talked myself out of it.
* "Morning" walk: Podcast: Zencast 172 "Feeding Motivations" 8/31/08 - I needed this one. It addressed states of mind and how we feed one's we should be starving. He talked about how - when the Iraq war started - media glorified it with theme music and imagery - and the influence of that. Anyway - good stuff. Walk 44 minutes - 329 calories burned - 123 hbpm average.
* I rented FORBIDDEN KINGDOM last night - Oh Yeah!! - I'm sorry I didn't see this on the big screen. I've loved the big studio martial arts movies ever since I saw ENTER THE DRAGON with Bruce Lee. The ending was perfect - fun movie!
