I'm right there with ya on the eggplant. I try to like it, but no go. However, my mom fried it when I was a kid, and I remember loving it like that. Maybe I'll try it one day.

What's Choko?

I can stomach Eggplant if I have to (or if someone I love serves it), but Okra.... no way. The viscosity is impossible for me to stomach (like Natto and Malabar Spinach).
