Morning Walk:  I had to cut it down to 31 minutes for reasons mostly out of my control; however I maintained 126avg hbpm - and this from just remembering I'm supposed to be getting exercise..... :-)  Burned 244.  This morning's podcast: Zencast 177 "When to be Silent" - most excellent.  It just posted on iTunes, but it was from 2004 as in the Q&A section someone brought up Kerry/Bush campaign and how the republicans lie and fight dirty (so good things have changed since then....) :-)



My workmate brought me lunch - she's Mexican, and I love her!!  Seasoned pasta with beans......  yummers.

It will be because, for whatever reason, I have to - or to listen to my cousin Mellie read a sermon.

Security (like health care, paying mortgage, not becoming a bag lady, etc.)

There's more to it?

I met Don Ho when I was in high school at the Mokolaeia Polo fields (I took care of the horses and cleaned tack). Not even a conversation - just "howz it" type thing.

I went to one of his shows with a few friends a couple of months later, and he came to my table and said "I remember you - you sure clean up nice!" - I thought that was very cool.
