Green For Life (book)

dalthauserJust got this book last night; I ordered it from Amazon.com
Green smoothies - most recipes calling for Lambs Quarters and Stinging Nettle (both weeds as far as most gardeners are concerned).
You can use whatever greens you want: Spinach, Kale, Parsley, Lettuce, etc. - thank goodness.
Just started reading the book, so I don't have anything to report. When I'm finished I'll post updates.
