Alton Brown is my hero

I get to see my German tonight (I thought this day would never get here)

I didn't forget to wear green for a change

Daughter still doesn't have a job (I've put her on restriction.....believe it or not)

Marcel is making Ahi Tuna tonight - I'm doing my part by making coffee/coconut Kanten, Nori Maki roll (veg), and Namasu (shredded daikon/carrots in dashi based pickle like marinatde). I'll post pictures hopefully.

Life is good - even if I have to be here in this stupid call center until 9pm.... :-)

You don't have to get started - I know where you're comin' from and goin' to.

I picked up a couple sticks of agar agar today and I'll play with them tomorrow. I'm tempted to lick one to see what it tastes like.
