Craig's List is so cool and very helpful and handy but man there's some real whackos on there sometimes.

You're very lucky to be in a place where you don't have a lot of debt and can afford your house payment. I wasn't so lucky. :( But at least now I'm learning to live within my means and on cash alone. I won't ever be in debt again that's for sure.
