There are a bunch of pecans up high in my trees I can't get to. Never thought of shaking the branches - might give that a try. I have about 10 pounds of shelled pecans right now though - so that is good enough for me. The rest I'll probably let the squirrels get. Though if they don't fall in a month or two I'll shake them to the ground to make it easier... haha.
