Cleaning Day - Fun Times!

I had back surgery just after Thanksgiving for a bulging disc that had been causing severe Sciatica for over a year in spite of every effort (physical therapy, yoga, steroid injections, praying) - Ortho doc finally got in there and cut out part of the disc. I would do it a thousand times over because I am a new person. It's hard to express the feeling of not having that level of pain day in and day out.

I was climbing up and down on a chair cleaning the bathroom walks and windows marveling that 2 months ago I couldn't lift my arms above my head without pain shooting through my hip and down my thigh. Life is Good!
