Morning walk - 58 minutes.  23 cans collected. Listened to a random podcast of meditation music.

I caught Obama's press conference this morning - he was annoucing his security staff.  All fine and good, but none of them seemed particularly enthusiastic - - - matter of fact they were downright grim. Glad to see Hillary in - - she'll do a good job!
