Onion Creek Hike & Bike Trail

On the way to the Austin airport to pick up my daughter I popped in at McKinney Falls State Park for a look around.  I walked a little of the Onion Creek Trail (30 minutes in and 30 out).  Ugh, I won't do that again without having unlimited time.  I really hated to have to leave.  Definitely will return soon to spend all day - or camp overnight.  Here is a slideshow of the few pictures I snapped.....

Morning walk 55 minutes.  Looking like the new shoes aren't going to work out.  The whole walk I was uncomfortable.  I adjusted them several times, and each time something else bothered me.  Luckily there is a 30 day return policy.  Might have to get over to the New Balance store.  NB is the brand I've always worn - the only reason I didn't buy another pair is because there wasn't a New Balance shop in the outlet mall.

Daughter is settling in.  Not happy that she is SMOKING......  I'll try and not be too hard on her the first week. :-)
