Fatness

I'm getting fat (er).  Better start watching the food (also log calories at Sparkpeople if it comes to that).  Will need to begin excercising in the evening too.  Yuck.  I don't want to be thin; I just want to keep my weight at a healthy level.  I feel the pounds creeping on.

Today I had a bowl of cheerios w/soymilk for breakfast.  I brought to work with me a banana, peach, a dozen cherry tomatoes, 1.5 cup pasta salad (without mayo), 1/2 cup seasoned garbanzo beans, 1 cup sliced cucumbers, and a veggie/rice "stew".  This will be lunch, snacks, and dinner.  When I get home I'll probably have an evening snack of sliced tomatoes and a piece of ww toast.  Sheesh, I should start putting this stuff in at Sparkpeople and see where I'm at with calories.
