EMAIL REPLY NOTIFICATIONS

Has anyone else noticed a substantial delay in notification of replys to posts?  They used to come almost immediate - now sometimes it's hours before I see it in my inbox.  I wonder if it's Livejournal or Hotmail.

Yes, there has been a huge delay in getting email notices of replies from LJ. It also seems to take a longer amount of time for a post to go through it's completion. It's annoying me.

Maybe they have not worked out the bugs regarding their move and new network servers.

Very slow for me, if I get them at all. I believed it was evil little trolls trying to mess with me. I'm glad they're not just messing with me! mwahaha.

You know LJ just moved their servers, right? They had a post in their maintenance blog about the slower notifications, and issues with Hotmail in particular, but I'm reading my friends page backwards, so that was a day or so after you wrote this that they mentioned it. Anyway, hope things are back to normal for you now.
